You can create an account using your email address and a password, or by signing in with LINE (LINE OAuth). We store the following in a profiles table: your email address, display name, your current plan, and your credit balances. Authentication and account data are hosted on Supabase in the EU (eu-west-1, Ireland) region.

When you use our AI generation feature, you upload a product photo and a Thai-language product description. Both are sent to the Google Gemini API for processing.
Important: your uploaded photo is processed in transit only and is not stored or retained by BahtBridge anywhere. Only the generated text result (English title, description, social caption, SEO tags, and suggested USD/GBP prices) together with your Thai description is saved as your history in a conversions table on Supabase.

1.3 Payment Information / ข้อมูลการชำระเงิน
Payments (by credit/debit card or PromptPay) are processed directly by Stripe. Full payment details are never transmitted to or stored on BahtBridge servers. We store a Stripe customer ID so that you can manage or cancel your plan through the Stripe Billing Portal, and we receive only non-sensitive confirmation data (e.g., payment status, plan reference).

We collect basic service usage data, such as the number of AI generations used, timestamps, and your plan tier. This data is used to operate the Service, apply your credit balance, and prevent abuse.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the BahtBridge Service.
- Process AI generation requests via the Google Gemini API.
- Manage your account, credit balances, and payments via Stripe.
- Send transactional communications: receipts, password reset emails, and account or credit alerts.
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not share it with any party not listed in this Policy. We do not use your data for advertising except via the optional Meta (Facebook) Pixel described in Section 6, which loads only with your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Processors & Cross-Border Transfers
Your data is shared with the following sub-processors solely to operate the Service. Because these providers operate globally, your data may be transferred to and processed outside Thailand and the UK (for example, in the EU/Ireland, the United States, or elsewhere). Each processor is contractually bound to handle your data securely.

Data shared: Page views and conversion events — only when an operator pixel is configured and you have consented
Loaded only after explicit cookie consent. No data is shared with Meta without your opt-in, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Data Retention / การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล
- Account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account, plus a short period following account deletion to allow recovery if requested.
- Uploaded photos: Processed in transit only and not stored by BahtBridge.
- Conversion history: The generated text and your Thai description are stored in your account history. You can export or delete your full history at any time from your Dashboard.
- Payment records: Held by Stripe and retained as required to meet Thai accounting and tax obligations under the Revenue Code (ประมวลรัษฎากร).

We honor your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, B.E. 2562) and the UK GDPR, including the rights to:
- Access & Portability — From your Dashboard you can export your full history as a downloadable JSON file.
- Erasure — From your Dashboard you can delete all of your history at any time.
- Rectification — Correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Account data requests — Request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting our support email below.
- Object / Restrict — Object to or restrict processing of your personal data for non-essential purposes, including withdrawing cookie consent (see Section 6).

BahtBridge uses essential cookies for authentication and session management (via Supabase Auth). These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and are always used.

6.2 Optional Marketing Cookies (Meta Pixel) / คุกกี้การตลาด
A Meta (Facebook) Pixel may load only if (a) the operator has configured a pixel ID, and (b) you have consented via our cookie banner. If either condition is not met, the pixel does not load, no Meta cookies are set, and no data is shared with Meta Platforms.
You can withdraw consent at any time using the persistent "จัดการคุกกี้ / Cookie preferences" control available on every page. Declining (or withdrawing) consent unloads the pixel.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including:
- TLS encryption for all data in transit.
- Encryption at rest for data stored on Supabase.
- Access controls so that users can only access their own data.
- Restricted API key access with environment variable isolation.
No system is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to support@bahtbridge.com.
8. Children's Privacy / ความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้เยาว์
BahtBridge is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact support@bahtbridge.com and we will take immediate action to delete the account.
9. Changes to This Policy / การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email and/or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 daysbefore the changes take effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
